Programmer / Software Engineer - Job Opportunities Available
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and evaluate software applications
- Troubleshoot and debug code
- Use case and requirements analysis
Requirements
- Familiarity with PHP and JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Working knowledge of Linux
- Experience using: Java/C#/C++
- Experience using ExtJS, ORM frameworks a plus
- Experience using Revision control systems (cvs, svn, git, etc...) a plus
- Technical writing experience a plus
- A background or interest in GIS, Agriculture or Meteorology is a plus.

- Upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot development and production systems
Requirements
- Experience as a Linux Systems Admnistrator (Debian/Ubuntu preferred)
- Working knowledge of Apache, PHP and NAS systems
- Intermediate programming skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.

Project Coordinator / Customer Service Advisor
Responsibilities
- Manage communications as a liaison between Customers and AgIntegrated Project Managers
- Manage expectations of the project stakeholders including customers/partners, AgIntegrated team (developers/managers), vendors, and suppliers. Keep all stakeholders in sync over the course of the project.
- Provide phone and email support
- Troubleshoot customer problems
- Case management of customer and project issues
- Manage cases that are escalated to insure resolution
- Work with customers to explain and demonstrate software upgrades and features
- Perform on and off site training seminars to improve customer knowledge of products
- Participate in software testing and quality assurance projects
- Manage prioritization of normal duties and special projects
- Develop customer relationships
- Exceed customer expectations
- Be a team player and foster a positive team environment
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organization, time management, and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and related products
Education
