Duane has over 20 years of business consulting experience in various fields including agriculture, automotive, and human resource management. For the past 11 years, he focused his energy on the Agricultural industry with an emphasis on data collection and utilization.
Duane developed an extensive knowledge of Agricultural processes through relationships with several dozen large agricultural input retailers, soil labs, chemical manufacturers, and equipment companies. This industry experience combined with Duane's knowledge of business practices provides a "top down" perspective for integrating GIS, financial and human resource data into your company to increase internal productivity, customer retention, and business intelligence.

Christopher Haak – Technical Director, Founder
Capitalizing on his scientific background, Chris became skilled in the IT development field by creating web-based meteorological and agricultural applications. Over the course of his 10 year career, Chris directed the core development of numerous precision agriculture and logistical applications, field research projects, and ISO documentation procedures. Through these experiences, Chris developed a comprehensive understanding of the processes, functions, and interactions related to back-office requirements, soil labs, field equipment components, and academia.

Mike Santostefano – Director of Marketing
With over 8 years experience in the agricultural industry, Mike has developed an extensive understanding of agricultural processes (both operational and scientific) through interactions with retailers, growers, consultants, chemical & equipment manufacturers, soil labs, software providers, university researchers, and commodity market traders. This experience along with Mike's technical knowledge of agricultural software development allows him to bridge the gap between your business requirements and the integrated data management solutions delivered to you by AgIntegrated.
Prior to AgIntegrated, Mike worked as Director of Marketing & Customer Service for an information technology company specializing in agricultural, weather, and environmental services.

Dan Wolfe – Development Manager
Through practical experience programming mobile devices and enterprise grade web applications, Dan has become a skilled computer programmer and an accomplished project manager. For the past 8 years, Dan specialized in designing flexible databases to store a wide range of data (data modeling), data visualization, and custom integration (imports, exports, and continuous feeds).
Prior to AgIntegrated, Dan worked for Conduit IT Inc. as an Integration Engineer designing solutions for importing large parts databases, bills of material, and technical drawings from various equipment manufacturers.

Michael Montgomery – Project Manager
Michael has over 17 years experience in the IT industry. His expertise includes functional documentation development, network\server design and support, IT help desk management, IT infrastructure project management, large scale software\hardware deployment and support, IT processes development, IT educational tools development, web development, and IT support consulting. For the past 13 years, Michael managed a variety of technical projects on both domestic and global scales. He brings true real world experience to managing customer projects for AgIntegrated.
Prior to AgIntegrated, Michael worked as a Senior Systems Engineer and Analyst in the Information Technology Services division of TeraData, a global data-warehousing application development corporation.

Cheryl Reese – Accountant/Office Manager
Before joining AgIntegrated in 2008, Cheryl worked for a few years as a Tax Administrator at a financial services firm. Prior to that, she spent a decade at a public accounting firm as a staff accountant. While working in public accounting, she did accounting work for hundreds of local companies in many different industries in central Pennsylvania. This work included audits, payroll, receivables/payables, tax returns, small business consulting, accounting system setups and accounting software support and training.
Cheryl utilizes her accounting and office management experience to help AgIntegrated grow, and strives to provide a comfortable, pleasant environment where staff members can thrive.
