AgIntegrated Acquires PC Spray Software — August 10, 2009

STATE COLLEGE, PA, Monday, August 10, 2009 – AgIntegrated, Inc. announced today that it acquired PC Spray, the nationally recognized software program that organizes and facilitates daily operations for custom application businesses.

The acquisition combines PC Spray’s knowledge of the custom application business work flow and accounting practices with AgIntegrated’s expertise in providing the agricultural industry with practical, integrated software solutions for improving operational efficiencies.

AgIntegrated will focus on preserving PC Spray’s straightforward design, while incorporating PC Spray into AgIntegrated’s established, flexible web-based software technology.

BASF and AgSync Announce Agreement — February 4, 2009

Goal is to improve efficiencies in aerial applications of crop protection products

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC, February 4, 2009 – BASF and AgSync, Inc. announce today they have reached an exclusive multi-year agreement to market the AgSync on-line order program for aerial applied crop protection products.

The AgSync software system makes the application of crop protection products more efficient by closing the communication gap between the crop protection products retailer and the aerial applicator. The intuitive, easy-touse Ag Sync software does everything necessary to make the aerial applicator and retail ag facility more efficient, from creating and exporting shape files, to placing orders, tracking, viewing, scheduling, and mission planning with the pilot.
